Early Departure Policy:

• For reservations of medical packages, a minimum duration of 5 nights is required.
• If a guest is unable to continue their treatment due to medical contraindications and must leave the hotel early, there will be no penalty for early departure. This is a mandatory condition and applies regardless of the circumstances.
• In the event of early departure for reasons other than medical contraindications, an 30% penalty will be deducted from the remaining amount on the guest's account, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the guest by cash or credited back to the guest's card.
