All prices are listed in AZN. Other currencies are shown for reference purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made through our secure payment gateway using Visa, Mastercard, M10, or Bank Transfer. We may charge a processing fee for certain payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information. To correct any errors in your booking, please contact us immediately at info@vitatravel.az. Additional fees or taxes may apply.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider and the specific booking you make. Please review the cancellation terms carefully at the time of booking. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@vitatravel.az. Guests may submit cancellation requests at least 72 hours before their scheduled arrival date. Refunds will be processed according to the service provider’s policies, minus any applicable cancellation fees or processing charges by Vita Travel LLC. Refunds typically take 10 working days to process.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:  

 
 
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes to flights, car rentals, or other travel arrangements.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Personal injury or illness.
  • Acts of God, force majeure events, or actions by third-party service providers.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a reputable arbitration organization in Ganja, Azerbaijan.
